It's #NationalBakingWeek so we are giving you the recipe for these absolutely delicious cookies make with Gnaw's Peanut Butter Chocolate. #DoMoreWithGnaw
Ingredients -
150g salted butter, softened
80g granulated sugar
80g light brown muscovado sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
225g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
200g Gnaw Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate broken into small pieces
Method -
Preheat oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.
Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
Put the sugars and butter into a bowl together and beat until creamy.
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
Sieve the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda over the mixture and stir.
Add in the chocolate pieces/chips and mix together.
Place small mounds of the mixture on the baking trays, keep each one well apart.
Bake for 10-12 mins until slightly soft in the middle and brown on the edges.
