It's National Seafood Month and we've decided to take inspiration from our favourite fishy dish, sushi! Of course we've chosen to go with a sweet alternative to seafood and made some scrummy chocolate banana sushi rolls!
Give these delicious nibbles a try, all you need is:
X2 Bananas
X1 100g bar Gnaw Dark Choc (or try a different flavour!)
Sprinkling of crushed salted peanuts
Method...
Break the chocolate into a bowl and melt until smooth, peel both bananas and cut them into halves.
Dunk the bananas into the silky smooth chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Set aside on a plate and leave to set at room temperature.
Once the chocolate has set slice the bananas to your preference using a hot, steamed knife to ensure the chocolate doesn't crack.
To finish sprinkle over the salted peanuts, grab your chop sticks and enjoy!
