UK Chocolate Delivery
Whether you live in London, Liverpool, Glasgow or Bristol, you’re eligible to send chocolate by post in the UK! Just take a look at our online shop and choose your products and we can have your chocolate gifts delivered to the doorstep of someone special or directly through their letterbox with one of our letterbox chocolate gifts. Order by 1pm for same working day dispatch on orders for UK delivery. Orders placed over weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. We offer a few options to send your chocolatey treats:
UK Free 2 Day Courier Delivery (Orders over £40)
Order by 1pm GMT with a value of over £40 (excluding delivery) for 2 Day Courier Delivery (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
UK 2 Day Courier Delivery £4.95
Order by 1pm for 2 Day Courier Delivery (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
UK Second Class £2.95
Delivery in 5-7 working days.
Orders after 1pm on weekdays, or any time on weekends and holidays, are not dispatched until the next working day.
Delivering to BFPO Addresses
We will make every effort to deliver your order to any given BFPO address. The British Forces Post Office (or British Field Post Office) (BFPO) is an agency that provides a postal service to HM Forces, separate from that provided by Royal Mail. BFPO addresses are used for the delivery of mail in the UK and around the world. When sending mail from the UK to a member of HM Forces serving overseas, the sender must address it to the appropriate BFPO number and not to the country in which that person is based.
Packing your chocolate hampers
Every gift box / hamper will be delivered in our protective, specially printed packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Our gift boxes / hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and may take slightly longer to prepare during our peak trading times. Whilst we will make every effort to despatch all gift boxes/hampers when requested, we cannot guarantee Next Day and 48 hour delivery for orders placed after 13:00, or if the quantity is over fifteen. Carefully packing your hampers and chocolate gifts
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Sustainability is core to our business and we are striving to reduce our plastic waste with our large bars being wrapped in fully home compostable packaging and foil and our other bars which are 100% recyclable. Inside the hamper is shredded wood similar to cardboard which protects your chocolate treats and is home compostable. Afterwards, you can re-use, compost or recycle it in accordance with current environmental regulations.

Delivering chocolate to Europe
We deliver to Europe via DPD and Local European Courier. On occasions, packages will be delayed by the receiving country’s customs services. This is beyond our control. Please ensure that the weather in the country we are sending to is cool enough for our chocolates to survive the journey! Like any chocolates they will be damaged by exposure to temperatures above 25C. We will not be liable for damage incurred due to exposure to heat in hot climates during delivery. Whilst most of our products can be sent overseas, occasionally there are a few exceptions whereby local customs restrictions are in place. Typically this will affect products containing alcohol or liquids.
Adverse weather conditions
We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing.
